Jeff Loughlin, MHA

Executive Director

Mr. Loughlin currently serves as the Executive Director for the New Hampshire Health Information Organization (NHHIO). Mr. Loughlin helps direct a multi-stakeholder board of health care providers, consumers, employers, legislators, educators, state agencies, and others implement the single state-wide health information exchange, and provides project management oversight for participant level integration.

Jackie Baldaro, MHA

Operations Manager

Ms. Baldaro currently serves as Operations Manager for the New Hampshire Health Information Organization (NHHIO). Ms. Baldaro has primary responsibility for daily operations for the NHHIO including oversight of technology services, project management, technology implementation, participant communications, support, reporting, and logistics.

Nancy Fennell, MA

Adoption Support Consultant

Ms. Fennell serves as an Adoption Support Consultant for the New Hampshire Health Information Exchange (NHHIO). Ms. Fennell provides on-site and remote training and implementation services to prospective and current NHHIO members. She assists healthcare providers in understanding the value of health IT and HIE in improving the health of their patients. She collaborates on HIE projects and efforts to improve care coordination and transitions of care and supports information exchange efforts throughout the state, despite variations in existing IT infrastructures.

Jaime Dupuis

Adoption Support Consultant

Ms. Dupuis serves as an Adoption Support Consultant for the New Hampshire Health Information Organization (NHHIO). Ms. Dupuis provides on-site and remote support to healthcare organizations to enable improved communication between health care providers through the use of health information exchange (HIE). Ms. Dupuis provides operational workflow redesign and guidance to help organizations achieve a valuable and sustainable process for managing care transitions electronically.
